| Abstract: | If Europe is to attract foreign investment and compete effectively the continent's independent nations must begin to work together more effectively and training is a fundamental part of that effort. So far, approaches have been disparate and often at odds with one another, but things are beginning to change. As the European single market approaches, companies struggle to provide employees with the right training to be competitive under the new system. |
