And for the property market they are by some way the most important factor in demand; London's banking community is the largest single group of occupiers. For banks looking for new space, the times of low rentals and tasty incentives like short leases, financial help with fitting out and rent-free periods, are passing. For banks lending to the property sector and for investors, things are looking brighter. |
