| Abstract: | Three of England's most distinguished former sportsmen when teaching coaching techniques a few years ago found that their courses attracted business managers as well. They worked out a "performance-centred" coaching technique that helped managers get the best out of their staff and tackle performance problems. They believe that managers as well as coaches should help people reach their own solutions to problems. |
