| Abstract: | As racial prejudice is still a potent force in Britain the TSB Bank's action programme for equal opportunities is very encouraging. The bank has started a pre-recruitment training programme to attract young people in an area with a high ethnic minority population. The article discusses the first "Access to banking" course and the complete equal opportunities package. |
