| Abstract: | If the real growth rate of the investment in fixed assets in 1999 reaches 14 percent, the net amount of export falls by 15 percent, the consumer demand rises by 1 percent than in 1998, the rate of increase in inventories is lower than that of GDP, it is estimated that the growth rate of GDP in 1999 will be the same as in 1998.To maintain steady economic growth, we should adopt positive fiscal policies and give full play to the indirect effect of the financial policies. We should better coordinate and integrate the fiscal and monetary policies and stimulate consumption through readjustment of policies. |
