Abstract:Internet and electronic commerce grow exponentially both in academic and business research. While consumers´ perspective has received little heed, attention has been directed to developing the companies capabilities and systems. This article examines online behavior of 16- to 18-year-old teenagers. This age group know a lot about using computers as a tool of Internet purchasing. A questionnaire which is concerned in this article is made in a high school in southern Finland. Implications and recommendations for companies are introduced in order to build relationship with teenagers as consumers.
