Abstract:Marketers have a limited understanding of Internet-related consumer behaviour despite the growth in the number of Internet web sites, increases in the Internet advertising and the fact that several consumers spend millions of dollars purchasing products via the Internet. In this article the results of an empirical study concerning shopping methods, shops and purchases products via the Internet is presented.
