| Abstract: | Countries with similar factor endowments appear to trade a great deal with one another. Much of this trade is in goods that are produced by the same industry. This intraindustry trade has motivated substantial bodies of work. The evidence suggests that perhaps something other than trade in differentiated products of increasing returns to scale industries is generating intraindustry trade. |
