| Abstract: | The three main pillars of Swiss constitutional law are: non-justiciability of federal laws, the general right of judges to examine and the constitutional complaint brought forward to the Federal Court. Joining the EC would weaken the first pillar to a certain degree but at the same time decisively strengthen the two other pillars. |
