| Abstract: | Travel agency employment is generally recognized as a challenging yet rewarding tourism/hospitality industry work context wherein entrepreneurial personal characteristics are of considerable assistance among employees. This study has examined travel agency employment perceptions and preferences among a sample of secondary college graduates, together with a range of Human Resource Management domains such as Employment Attainment beliefs, Problem-Solving styles and the Work Ethic. |
