Abstract:Japanese enterprises are often criticized in the West for their behaviour deemed unethical. The author points out, however, that Japanese ethical patterns are not only deeply rooted in Japanese society but the latter forms them consciously with the aim of making their massage comprehensible and to be an encouragement for an ever broadening scope of their partners.
