| Abstract: | The potential action learning was first considered at Brighton Business School where they planned internal development of a part-time MPhil research programme for managers. Its members give an account of an action learning set operating with no set adviser. The development of procedures and processes within the group is reviewed, and the outcomes are assessed. |
