| Abstract: | The article makes suggestions how to improve the antidumping code of GATT dating from 1967 which can in its present form be abused in order to restrict competition. The suggestions include a change in the determination of dumping, the determination of injury (a necessary precondition of dumping), improving AD procedures and changes in the incentives and disincentives for the use of AD measures. |
