| Abstract: | The article derives determining factors of different transaction forms of the economy from transaction cost economics, institutional economics, contract theory and game theory and obtains thereby the preconditions of a stable and successful joint venture. This is an eclectic approach which however may satisfactorily explain the differences between "market", "joint venture" and "integration". |
