| Abstract: | Neutrality of Switzerland was based in the past on a power system of balance between adverseries. This system has disintegrated recently. In Europe a center has emerged with EC and the Helsinki process, which threatens Switzerland with sliding into the periphery. Therefore one has to rethink and possibly revise the neutrality stance of the country in political, economic and military planes. |
