Abstract: | This paper uses an exploratory model as a heuristic to indicate how individual perceptions of corporate reputation and corporate ethical values generate specific individual organizational senses of fit. It is suggested that an ethical dimension of person-organization fit may go some way in explaining superiour acquisition and retention of staff by those who are attracted to specific organizations. Especially, the model suggests that individual misfits arising from ethical expectations ... lead to problematic acquisition and retention behavioural outcomes. |
