Abstract: | The author's reflections focus on changes in international labour law and the challenges they imply. Legal texts proliferate nationally, regionally and internationally - but are principles and justice better applied if they are drowning in detail? Texts grow in complexity and contingency, to the detriment of their universality; meanwhile the iron law of economics is imposed. New forms of work appear; and traditional tripartism is upset by the actions of new actors on the social stage. |
