| Abstract: | Reasons resulting in money surplus include:(1) inappropriate lending priorities; (2) excess investment volume , over long project limit, delay of the formation of productive capacity; (3) transformation of money capital into money, which result in the coexistence of capital scarcity and money surplus. In the future, it is necessary to make good use of various adjustment measures and essential information should be provided to professional banks and other banking institutions. |
