| Abstract: | Financing for international projects is a method of fund-raising for large projects, which is used popularly in the world. This paper analyses the situation and main barriers of using such a method and also explores how to use it flexibly and the related issues. It considers that some domestic institutions with ripe conditions should be absorbed by the organisation of financing for international projects. As to the problem of risk of financing, an effect distribution and transfer should be conducted. In the course of financing, we should not rigidly adhere to one kind of form. Besides BOT, many forms can be taken and financing for projects should not be confined to such a narrow scope as highway, bridge and power plant. |
