Abstract:The inflow of international speculation capital would exert great influence on China's economy and finance. It would make the utilized foreign investment inflated and certainly cause great economic losses due to the short-term capital being used as the long-term direct investment. So the government should take the following measures to control its inflow in China: The reform of state-owned enterprises and shift of economic growth mode should be accelerated. The central bank should take effective measures to prevent the inflow of international speculation capital and control strictly capital projects. Besides, the financial legislation should be strengthened and market standardized. The regulation and control function of financial policy in controlling the inflow of short-term capital should also be intensified.
