| Abstract: | China has been the second bigger country absorbing international directive investments, about one tenth or one eighth of the global international directive investments since 1990.The China's amounts of international directive investments is the fourth ,the first three place are USA,England and German from the view of the storage sum. Our policy suggestions are to keep faster speed of economic growth in the economic factors; accelerate the construction of infrastructure and develop the third industry in the foundations; improve necessary work, such as loose the trade restriction and comprehensive improve the backwards situations in the system in China. |
