| Abstract: | Employee ownership was a widespread in the privatization process in Eastern Europe. It was hypothesized and also partly proved that employee ownership was only temporary and quickly followed by convergence to more familiar ownership structures. Only little is known on how and why the decline is taking place. These questions are analysed using empirical data from Estonia. |
