| Abstract: | This conceptual paper is grounded on a research on interest-based negotiations. The authors suggest that interest-based negotiation is a suitable communication tool for the public relations counselors. It is a more effective approach to build up the counselor - client relationship and manage differences or overcome obstacles. |
