| Abstract: | Modern enterprise system avoids the state's debt for employee in design. Multi-level entrusting and agent relations, soften restrictions on the owner's actions of public corporations and enterprise manager's actions effect modern enterprise system efficiency. The resolutions are to make old employee debt clear, change the structure of public corporations share ownership, set up an effective encouragement and restriction system, build up a strict financial and audit system and enforce law. |
