Abstract: | Seasonal sales fluctuations can effect different reactions in production and procurement. The alternative of adaption that represents minimal costs is the entire synchronization of procurement, production and sales development. This al- ternative has however not to be always realizable because of legal, contractual and/or capacity restrictions. Emancipation of production and sales development respective- ly of procurement and production causes - in contrast to synchronization of procurement, production and sales deve- lopment - higher decisive total cost, but should be realiza- ble more easily in practice. Regarding costs it is possible to deduce generally which adaption alternative of emancipa- tion is recommendable in which case. |
