Abstract:The author of the article states that customers are the lifeblood of any organization, but few businesses have mastered the art of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Yet it can make a real difference to the success of your company. The author states that to survive businesses must keep the customers they have, with new ones and at the same time, make sure that they are maximizing the income they earning from all customers. The author also states that the small army of CRM consultants available to business can provide no end ideas about CRM strategy and a long list of technological tools that will almost run the strategy for you.
