| Abstract: | The EEC shall only in 1995 enact the new law on the publicity of limited liability companies. There is plenty of time to discuss the problem thoroughly. The article reviews the regulation in this respect of other types of organisations and suggests a differentiated solution as to the content, the addressees and channels of publicity. |
