| Abstract: | To accelerate the development of software industry, the following should be done: reforming the present management system; adopting market concept and fostering software market; strengthening the training of talents and preventing a brain drain; doing well the work of protecting intellectual property rights; developing China's software industry at high starting point; adopting share-holding system to infect energy for the development of software industry; employing "export-led" economic development strategy to promote the development of China's software industry; making great efforts to develop information industry and strengthening macro-management of software industry. |
