Abstract: | In respect of domestic social-economy, the main restrictive factors for China's computer industry are 1.the level of national education; 2.the complexity in using technology 3.the condition of software; 4.the condition of social infrastructure infrastructure; 5.the level of income; 6.government's policies So it is unrealistic to make computers enter families on a large scale and seek individual consumption regardless of the above restrictive factors. At present and even during a long period of time in the future, China's computer industry should position its market on the official consumption field which covers administrative departments including government's organs, institutions like schools and hospitals as well as the numerous enterprises dealing with production and services. |
