| Abstract: | How can the BeiDaFangZheng develop beyond routines? It is summarized by its leader as a position of gigantic stature. Standing up against the sky' can be explained as putting in more technology and accelerating technological innovation; whilst' establishing on the ground' as taking achievements commercialization-market seriously. They regarded that the BDFZ's development benefited from three types of people, scientists with the market concept, entrepreneurs with a scientific mind and leaders with strategic foresight. At present, FZ is just driving on the standardization road of controlling modern enterprises, using international audit and there are a clear property right and job responsibility in the seven professional committees. |
