| Abstract: | Market function and malfunction under the special condition of China have their special forms of expression. China as a large country in terms of territory, population and market would exert both positive and negative influence on the function of market. China as a developing country can accelerate the domestic modernization by making full use of market mechanism for obtaining the capital, technology and management expertise of the advanced countries on one hand and needs the government's compulsory promotion due to the underdeveloped market and for breaking the special limit of market and resources to the latecomers of modernization. China is the period of system transformation. On one hand, market has the function of breaking the old system, on the other hand, the system transformation needs to be promoted by the government. |
