| Abstract: | Emancipating the mind for the first time led to the rapid development of individual and private economies in Wenzhou city and family industry moving towards joint stock partnership enterprises and specialized markets towards market economy. Emancipating the mind for the second time resulted in rapid market economic development and the formation of development pattern featuring unprecedented boom of urban and rural markets, accelerated market construction and great growth in utilizing foreign investment. After emancipating the mind for the third time, a development pattern with the coexistence of state-owned economy as the backbone, joint stock partnership economy as the mainbody and individual and private economies as the important component part. |
