| Abstract: | Up to date, the basic frame has taken shape for the national market system. In terms of resource allocation, planned mandatory allocation has been diminished while market regulation has held a dominant proportion with over 95% of consumer goods and 90% of production goods being in market already. However, in the allocation of element resources, the market mechanism of each element doesn't function in balance. In addition, the commodities price market has developed the price mechanism and management system, the function of the former is limited for the element price though. Take the interest rate as an example. it's still fixed by the central bank with a small floating range. Generally speaking, the market competition mechanism has been strengthening its functions gradually. |
