| Abstract: | In the economy under double transition, the market mechanism plays a vital role in the growth of nonequilibrium sector by means of nonequilibrium demand change and disparity of production rate. China should make full use of the market mechanism to raise the efficiency of resource allocation and utilization and push the growth of national economy. We should encourage the development of nonagricultural industries and non-stateowned enterprises of high efficiency, so as to promote the improvement of economic efficiency as a whole and thus accelerate the development of the whole national economy. The best way to help state-owned enterprises extricate from a difficult position is to "really push state-owned enterprises into the market". |
