| Abstract: | The reform of the social security system of state-owned enterprises is an essential condition for establishing modern enterprise system. The reform of the endowment insurance system should spread from state-owned enterprises to collective enterprises, joint venture and private enterprises. Unemployment insurance should turn from simple living relief to positive promotion of reemployment. A unified frame and system of medical insurance system is to be established step by step. Seize the opportunity to perfect the connection and complement between the reform of social insurance system and other economic reforms. Focus on solving two difficult points, namely the redundant and laid-off workers in enterprises and the bail-out of loss-making enterprises. Strengthen the collection and management of social security insurance funds. |
