Abstract:After more than 20 years' reform and opening up, from the recognition of planned commodity economy to the final establishing of the goal of market economy system, it is not only a process of thought liberation, but also a process of gradual cultivation of market and development of buyer's market. However, since China hasn't become a mature, mass consumption society as well as the current market, on which supply surpasses demand, is not a normal buyer's market, the process of developing the buyer's market is still in its initial stage. A real and mature buyer's market has not been formed yet.
