| Abstract: | The following issues concerning China's economic system reform need to be under stood: 1. The basis of public ownership, the nature of socialism and reform advancement. 2. The basic point of new economic system development, deepening reform, and positioning principle for major ideas on reform. It means that we should establish the awareness of promoting economic development by inspiring the internal forces of enterprises and the congitive basic point of holding ourselves responsible to enterprises, market, consumers and the masses. 3. The risk apprasal and control the contents and mode of reform as well as the extent of efforts. Besides, the management and operational systems and social security system all need to be considered. 4. The emancipating of the mind and eliminating the factors hindering reform. |
