| Abstract: | Socialist market economy can be understood in two senses, broad and narrow. Non-public economy is an important component of the socialist market economy in broad sense. To overcome such deviations as neglecting the importance of non-public economy and mixing up it and socialist economy, to further improve the structure of different kinds of ownership in the country and adhere to the socialist direction, it is significant to understand the scientific meaning of non-public economy correctly. |
