| Abstract: | For a subject in market, protection on environment and orderly use of resources are problems of externality. Therefore, creation of the conditions for sustainable development needs government's interventions, restraints and guide with comprehensive means, such as the restraints through ownership, laws, regulations, budget and tax. All these, however, firstly need spreading of the outlook of sustainable development among people, including the ideas of harmonious developments of economy, society and nature, friendly coexistence of human and nature, economic growth more relying on intellectual resources, as well as equality both in a generation and among generations, etc. Only on the basis can the integration of market and the principle of sustainable development be achieved. |
