| Abstract: | The shortage of energy is the bottleneck of China's economical development in the 21st century. To develop energy comprehensively is a strategical choice in the middle-upper reaches of the Huanghe river. It can inevitably lead to the enhance of society, region and enterprises' productive capability and help relax the tension of water shortage in the northern and northwestern China. The setting up of a state energy development region with Yinchuang municipality as the center in Ningxia section of the Huanghe river is an ideal way to develop comprehensively the energy in the middle-upper reaches of it. |
