Abstract: | It is attempted to develop a communication-oriented concept of corporate ethics by examining the corporate practice on the basis of some new methodological propositions of the "Konstruktive Philosophie und Wissenschaftstheorie" (Constructive philosophy and science theory). The starting point is a comprehensive study of the well-known "Nestle-case". This conceptual beginning based on the immediate experience of corporations should relieve the dialogical concept of corporate ethics from the charge being an ivory towered ideal. This is even more so as its practicability is considered under the conditions of a decentralized, money-oriented and competitive economy. |
