Abstract:Second-rate presentations often spoil first-rate research. Guidelines are offered for the effective presentation of marketing research results. The specific problems arising from five different presentation situations are discussed. Five presentation types described are: the briefing, the proposal, the presentation of complicated research material to a non-technical audience, the presentation of technical paper at a professional conference, and the team presentation.
