| Abstract: | The graduate market is increasing in competitiveness and companies should not ignore this situation. Courtaulds is a major employer of graduates. Recruitment is co-ordinated centrally, but the final selection is made by the employing business unit. It is important that the recruit and the job match each other. The company has a number of initiatives in order to find the right people for the right jobs. |
