Abstract:If enterprises want to open up the international market, they should possess the internal conditions like good enterprise quality, open operational ideas and strategy, coordinated internal system. In the meantime, a ripe domestic environment, and an analysis and under standing of international environment are needed, on basis of which enterprises may move towards enterprise-grouping gradually. To do this, they should work out a realistic operating and marketing development strategy.
