Abstract:Because of the particularity of the enterprise internationalization in China as a later-country of market -economy, China's enterprise should make polices of the global strategy according to the conditions and advantages on the basis of wider investigation and research. They are, to set up a model of the enterprise' going into market and the enterprise management of internationalization, to build up the location, technique and organization in order to achieve enterprise internationalization.
