| Abstract: | Economic operation is always expressed as cyclical fluctuation-virtuous circle or vicious circle. Over the recent twenty years, China's economic operation has undergone four cyclical fluctuations. Viewed from the past practice of adjustment of policies, the contradiction between speed and efficiency as well as the contradictions in proportion relationship in the course of vicious economic circle can not be settled thoroughly through "hard landing". "Soft landing", however, will provide objective possibility for keeping a virtuous economic circle for a long period of time in the future. |
