| Abstract: | CVD is another high technology based on the VCD industry and market. It offers a video and audio enjoyment almost equal to that of DVD at a VCD's price. The parties concerned believe that it's fit for China's national conditions, therefore it has a promising market prospect. However, some people think that CVD won't have great space for development due to the two-way attack from VCD and DVD. It is said that DVD will have to face a new round of price cutting in the latter half of the year. If it is true, DVD will be superior to CVD no matter in product image, video and audio effects or price performance. |
