| Abstract: | "Surplus" covers the contradiction of uneven distribution of market purchasing power at present. Among residents' savings surplus of over 5000 billion yuan, about 1000 billion yuan belong to "public money which is deposited privately" and various kinds of grey or black income. As this part of savings are concealed money, they can not constitute the effective demand on the domestic market under the normal circumstance. Besides the consumer mainbody's purchasing power with higher effective demand has not been formed. |
