Abstract:Compared with the mature stock markets, the price fluctuation of the Chinese stock market has high frequency and big fluctuation range. The substantial evidence analysis of the outstanding achievements of the listed companies, the capital structure and scale, the structural price fluctuation of the market and stock exchange regulations illustrates that the price fluctuation in the stock market reflects the change of the inherent values to some extent. The reason is that achievements are not stable after the enterprise is listed. The price is highly estimated when the stock enters the market and is falling during regulation, and the irrational debt structure and speculative non-main business also enlarge the price fluctuation range.
