Abstract:A model of the government intervention in the grain market has been established in the economic development the government intervention is often inevitable and even indispensable. We should adhere to the principle of "taking market-oriented operation as the foundation and the government intervention as the supplement". Grain policies should be readjusted at a time when the aggregate of supply and demand is comparatively balanced. From now on, we should constantly further the reform of State-owned grain enterprises and make full use of the international market.
